1. As a general rule: Shoot dogs that are eating people.

   Then get a freaking better trained dog that can actually do it's job. That search should be the bare basics and it failed. The only skill the dog had was as a punitive tool, and that is a role the police does not have.

   Minimal necessary force. Courts determine the punishment part.

14. That k-9 didn't even find him! He was 2 feet away and the dog didn't even know it! Dog was looking for drugs or weapons maybe (neither of which were found) and they only took him into sic him on the suspect. Typical tyrant behavior. Either that, or the worst case of negligence I've seen in a long time. Only way that dog would have found anyone is if they had a pound of crack shoved up their ass and hiding somewhere close by. I could have sent my little chihuahua in that house and she would've went right to the guy in seconds. (We play hide and seek with her all the time, so she is well-trained to do police work. lol)

25. When they first seen him, When he was found it was by the officers not the dog getting him . He was not a threat and was very compliant. So there was no reason to have that dog bite him at that point, at all! Then the police officer is sarcastically telling him to get up, get up, get up like he's not trying to, and not listening. Even though he's trying to with the handcuffs on and it's not that easy! Thank God they didn't use that to then shoot him to!
    They also did not have to leave the dog on his arm to continue shaking and biting him during the whole time they were handcuffing him. Like they did! When he was being very compliant the whole time! This was definitely abuse of power and the situation! Disgusting!
    Sadly I have seen this done many, many, many times!

26. Putting the dog on him was completely retaliatory. They were pissed because he didn't come out when ordered. He was probably afraid he'd get attacked by a dog…or worse.
