20. your right, james, of course. it shouldn't be, "thank you for your cooperation." it should be, "we're sorry we discomforted you." and then go on to explain why it was essential under the circumstances if that was indeed the case. there shouldn't be anymore of this automatic manhandling and then the b.s. statement of, "thank you for your cooperation."
