In my opnion this is no different than standing next to the TSA screening areas at the airports throughout America. I hope you are able to sue them after your illegal arrest. This is what really forces change $$,$$$.$$ when the Government loses court cases.

The security guard was trying to let you know that this area of the terminal was being leased by Carnival at the time and that you could come back later and film all you want. Unless you had special permission to be there from Carnival then there is no case for a lawsuit.
