  1. How ironic your life wasn’t in danger and you pulled a gun, like the cowards dont do that every chance they get

  2. How ironic your life wasn’t in danger and you pulled a gun, like the cowards dont do that every chance they get

  3. So these. Ops are taking the word of some pink shirt wearing POS?!! Why not have that person on scene as well and do the full investigation like your supposed to do.. dirty cops at it again!!!

  4. I was a census worker when I was younger, we were told to never go back to a place like this without letting them know who you are. We were told to leave one of those notes at the mail box and that we would be by on whatever date we put. They told us to make an attempt but not be stupid about it. This time when they came by; the girl wanted to come inside and I told her no and that I had already done it online. The cop is full of sheet, they think a female with a camera is a threat, so that guy could be a threat.

  5. Cops feel their life is in danger if you look their direction. That doesn't mean you can feel threatened in similar situations….

  6. He gave them what they needed. Once they read him his rights he should have just said someone trespassed on my property and thats it.

  7. Never talk to the fuckin cops!!! Ever!!!!! It will never help you!!!! If they had enough evidence you would have already been in cuffs!!!

  8. To me this is 100% proof of exactly why you do not talk to the cops ever even when you are not guilty of anything. This man thought I'll just explain myself and they will understand but it didn't matter what he said they already had their mind made up that he was getting arrested.

  9. I've mever seen the cops read someone their Miranda rights FIRST….That would have been my WTH… And bow out right there

  10. So the census guy told the cops that he properly identified himself and he could never be lying about that, right?

Why would he even need to go to jail? What’s the point? What does that accomplish? Give him a notice to appear in court for charges and that’s it.

The census person should be fired for creating the situation in the first place.

  11. You can't order a US census employee off your property if they have legit business to conduct they are required to get the information for the census also they technically threaten a federal employee also if you don't want them coming then fill out the form they send in the mail. What if it was a postal worker that had to deliver a package with signature? And also your gate was unlocked..

"Census Bureau employee is doing their Constitutionally mandated job under the authority of the U.S. Code, they are legally protected for temporary entry onto your property to conduct the census"

  12. He was read his rights because he was arrested and wasn't informed. The cops only read rights when a person was arrested. The cops lied about just doing an investigation and census workers are just like any other government employee & was warned about trespassing & have to leave private property, they are not above the law. If told to leave the property they have to leave. These cops railroaded him.
