LOVELAND COLORADO. Colorado has tons of statutes and regulations that require people to account for their presence when encountering a demanding police officer. These statutory regulations and policies are enacted even though the *UNITED STATES COURTS OF APPEALS* has held that these STATUTES are unconstitutional and the language to the degree they are written is vague. They totally ignore the CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES provided to the CITIZEN in the Fourteenth Amendment.
This is a brief video of my arrest in Loveland Colorado during a second encounter the very same night. These police officers think I have a duty to help them with the applications of my arrest or whatever lawful subsections they can come up with after making an arrest for no other reason than a refusal to give name and address or provide credible and reliable identification as demanded. I know lots of you you won’t give a crap about the constitutionality of this arrest, that’s okay because many of us disagree with you.
