I've walked in the roadway at that very spot myself multiple times.
I think we are days away from citizens revolting and the police are going to get street justice!
He's arresting him for not giving a physical id! No where in TX law is it required for a pedestrian to present a physical id. This is a false arrest. PLUS the cop said he was being detained. This means that the guy doesn't have to id himself at all. Further, failure to id is a Class C misdemeanor (the lowest crime in TX – think traffic ticket) since when do you arrest for Class C misdemeanors? These charges have to get dismissed or they need a good lawyer. And since this was not a lawful arrest, he never has to id himself, they would have to release him. I'm speaking strictly on what they should do under the law, we all know cops care very little about the actual law when it requires them to obey it.

You should’ve added to the guy who answered the phone that the cops managed to catch two of the criminals but the rest got away to see if he would be ok with knowing ppl had been arrested already
