  2. If the “closed business” has a “security” contract with the “agency” they have given expressed written authorization to act on the property owners behave. Therefore, they are allowed to detain and arrest. Later, the agency will get the property owners signature on some documents and the process will be legal then. It’s a law enforcement loop whole but really the tenants want their businesses there so it’s like it’s forced or implied they work like that. Crazy but this is true in many communities

  13. This is the kind of stuff that really irks me to no end. These friggin pigs had no idea how to deal with their boredom that they had to give this poor guy an arrest that will dishevel the rest of his life for at least the next 2 maybe 3 maybe more years. And the aggravation he'll have to go through to get that arrest and charge dropped and erased off his record will be a nightmare and a costly one to boot. To the point where he'll have to sue the state to get those things back. Great job by those ignorant fucks. There needs to be a lot more accountability on them.

This is a shame they don’t want you driving and eating but when you pull over to consume the food you purchase and they want trash your life to steal every dime you have to continue to line their pockets of the bad cops!

  21. But surely running the plate only tells them who the car belongs to, its insurance status, and legal status to be on the road (In a car park remember?) Running the plate does not ensure that that is the actual owner driving it?

  24. I figured out the disconnect. Either the cops are vegan or just health nuts and cannot accept "taco bell" as "food"… Although i have to admit taco bell has nutrients i never considered, like human bodily fluids.
