Cops are full of shit. Just the other day I was driving home, as I neared a traffic light, it turned yellow, but I had no chance to stop cause my car is a modified vehicle, so it's heavier than regular cars. A cop made an illegal left turn, causing me to almost slam into the side of him, so I had to slam on my breaks. I then had to reverse and wait for the light. As I was waiting, there was another cop who witnessed the entire thing, she was staring me down the entire time, so I knew I was getting pulled over. When the light turned green, I proceeded, she begins to turn to follow me, the other cop was also waiting for me, so he gets behind me and lights me up. I pulled over, didn't speak a word cause I was parpared to fight it in court cause I have everything on dash cam. He had me waiting for about 15 minutes while he ran my name and etc, came back handed me all my info and says, "have a good day sir." With no ticket.
Now I'm really curious of what they talked about, so how can I get that body and dash cam footage from them, how do I go about getting everything??
These police encounters make my blood boil. They truly earn the hate! I hope he sues and they all lose their qualified immunity for such a flagrant violation of his civil rights.

So much to unpack: High crime areas require additional surveillance, not arrests for pre-crimes. Trespassing on a business’s property typically requires the property owner to solicit the trespass and most business’ would not trespass a patron that is not disturbing the business or others. If a trespass is needed typically a citizen is warned to leave and not arrested immediately, especially if there are no signs posted with restrictions. Time of day only matters if an ordinance exists or signs are posted to the terms of access. Lastly an officer cannot expect a citizen to understand their Miranda rights and then indicate suspicion of a crime when they invoke them. This arrest is wrought with inappropriate actions. Even if this citizen did commit a criminal trespass the judgement of these officers was horribly disproportionate. The city and police chief should be concerned about how their officers act. If they continue this way, lawsuits will be their pre-future.
Every pig involved in this needs to be in prison for life without the possibility of parole and their victim needs to be awarded their pensions.
The cops say that they have a lot of burglaries in that neighborhood. I find that to be very true because why you're bothering one person with 10 cops that gives the burglars opportunity to break into buildings

In the last few decades cops have been taught that it’s us against them. All they want to do is make arrests. They do not care about using common sense or logic. Getting your ID is like cocaine to an addict. Cops want you in their database. That way they’ve proven you are a person that they need to keep an eye on. The next time you get stopped they will have lots of back up and come at you guns a blazing. To cop’s you’re now a threat.
