7. I cant understand WHY they let the car go if the Tag is expired?
   Why would anyone bother renewing their tags if there's no consequence for driving without a valid tag?
   Ive seen them do the same with no insurance??? Why would anyone bother getting insurance if they just let u drive away when u dont have any?

13. Didn't seem to me as if she commited a crime by just having expired tags… Those lights on the top of our publicly funded motor vehicles are for emergency purposes only. Not for pulling people over for issuing tickets. Piracy is a crime

15. Sounds stupid. But did she have paying passengers in the motor vehicle… Was she delivering packages or property for hire.. I'd imagine not.
