I've been to a court just like this the problem is rickey upset the police they know he's on u tube and the police feelings are hurt so the police cry to the judge and the judge makes sure you are guilty my situation was different where I was family friends with someone who works for judge they told me the judge can do what ever they want &in my situation the judge didn't have to be so ruff & tuff but when the police cry to a judge acting un professional the judge tends to help the police give u the worst

What kind of BS charge is that? You can be charged for violating laws. What law are you charge with violating? "Smoking Marijuana in Public" is not a law, it would be… a violation of Penal Code blah blah blah. I would have asked the judge to clarify which law you are accused of violating, not some abstraction of what she things the law might be or not be, especially considering she was not even familiar with the law in question.
I like the judge say allegedly in possession of marijuana. Either you have it or they do not. I guess this is some trump up misdemeanor or is it an infraction, if it is an infraction then a judge will decide "the facts" and you suppose to subpoena Sgt. Fox for your defense.
