#IDREFUSAL #firstamendmentaudit Officer Flannery and South Carolina State Trooper Nelson of the myrtle beach police department stated she was just walking to her car and saw me after I asked her if she was called there. She later said someone said they said I was filming. The other officer broke off to get with the trooper that began this whole ordeal who was in an area you couldn’t see by walking up the way they did.

  16. not a great start when the first thing you say is a lie. how hard is it to say, "someone said you were out here filming and i came out to check it out?" at least you'd be honest, and then we could have a conversation about the first amendment.

  27. With the sheer volume of lies that our "police" tell, one must wonder what percentage of currently jailed citizens are there solely because of all these lies. I would be surprised if it's not more than 50%. We could easily have well over a million people unjustly in jail/prison right now because police lied to arrest them, and then had to lie on the report to get a charge to stick, and then lied in court/deposition to get a conviction. There will come a time when restitution for the tens of millions of unjustly jailed citizens will need to be paid, and I don't want to be a taxpayer when that day comes. America is a failed state – get out while you can.
