15. It's a simple way to determine if someone is an asshole! Are they parked in a handicap spot without being handicapped? If yes, that's an asshole. If they do it when every other spot is empty? Then they're an entitled asshole. And if they they bicker and complain about being told to move? Then they're scum. Pure and simple. I don't care how well they're doing in every other area of life, this kind of behavior makes them scum.

27. the big deal is those with a handicap park in the marked areas as they as wider and easier for them to get in and out of the car , yet with the free parking spaces available there why hasnt this tool of a worker just parked in a regular space right next to the handicap space , now sure some might say why cant the handicap person just park there and not make a deal out of it , well the problem is by the time they get back to their car others may have parked along side and making it harder for the person to get the wider access they need to get back in to the car again its why the handicap spaces are wider to begin with . not everyone that has a mobility issue uses a wheelchairs they may still use a walking stick or walking frame or so on but have a gammy leg that makes it hard to get in and out of a car so the door needs to be wide open for them to get in , something that in most other parking spaces isnt able to have a car door wide open without it smacking into the next car

32. Once I was at a strip mall, about to get back in my car and leave , when I saw a police car pull into the mall lot and park in a handicapped spot, in front of a deli type restaurant. There were several empty , non-handicapped spots directly adjacent to the handicapped spot the officer parked in. The officer got out and went into the deli. I decided to get out and take some pictures of the cop car parked in the handicapped spot. The officer came back out and watched me taking pictures of her squad car. I smiled and got back into my car. As I was leaving the lot she pulled up next to me and asked if I was taking pictures of the cruiser because it was parked in the handicapped spot. I said yes and she stated she had parked there because she was on an investigation at the deli. I said" Then I guess if I called your supervisor it wont be a problem then. She just sat and stared as I left.
    I happen to know a police dispatcher for the area and called and found out that there was indeed a call there, but, it must have been the fastest police investigation of all times as she was only in the deli for about 20 seconds.

Then he can park on sidewalks and block entrances. Heck Blue Crew Parks anywhere they darn please. There should be an independent citizen police force. That polices Government.

38. My high school history teacher had a Hillary bumper sticker. She always parked in the handicap spot and never got any grief as everyone assumed she was mentally handicapped.
