  1. Do you know if the court records, officer's body cam, notes and reports and doctor's report can be obtained thru a FOIA request with regard to a Marchman Act that was filed on my wife before we got married by her estranged husband at the time she was filing for divorce?

  2. I love that a lot of u guys are starting to show how to do this stuff !!!! I have learned a gang from this community God Bless and stay safe !!!!

  3. Patient Care Reports in Polk County kept 10 years. Very important to get Patient Care Reports, Run Report and Incident Reports if you call 911 for Medical! Most people dont know they exsist nor how to get them but with proper ID they are yours! Our loved one needed help 911 was called. They did nothing to help him! No CPR no equiptment no life saving measures! He could be alive today with CPR! Now ready for this! Patient Care Report states lividity and rigor mortis! Impossible since his voice is heard on the 911 audio right before responders walked in!!! And the 911 audio luckily was retrieved from the recycle bin and given to the family! It should not have been in the recycle bin!!! Uncovered a huge coverup in Polk County!!

  4. I prefer direct email. If they want to enter it on their portal, fine, but they can just as easily attach the files in a reply. Thanks for covering this. PRRs are probably the best tool to uncover misconduct, and catch them in lies.
