16. Did anyone else notice that they were going to write an unattended vehicle ticket to the only vehicle in the lot that is attended? Why did they ignore the other truly unattended vehicles? Oh, that's right, the ignored them because there was nobody there for them to harass, because those vehicle were UNATTENDED!

    I also noticed that the second police vehicle said SUPERVISOR on it.

18. Unattended vehicle? I've seen hundreds of audit videos showing cop cars left unattended with engines running!

New York S 1210 Unattended vehicles code section B) A driver may, for the purpose of getting away from the place of standing, move another vehicle which is so placed he cannot get his vehicle out! The rest just says Joe and Co. would of needed to re-park the blocking cruiser with ignition locked, E. Brake on and wheels turned towards curb if on a grade. Seems once that charge was claimed, they had every right to move the blocking cruiser themselves. Also unattended doesn't mean you need be inside the car. Truly was an illegal detainment they may inquire pursuing or everyone quote the law and false threat in phonecalls.
