However !!, plz note; there is no such thing as a stop and id state!!, not in the way most auditors use this phrase!!, as you well know no where can cops just roll up and demand id. Only difference is where non stop and id states need reasonable articulable suspicion in my state " ohio" its just reasonable suspicion. That's the only difference. My states a stop and id and i been at this 7 yrs and have yet to ID !!!😃😃
