NYPD Officers are resigning at a alarming rate because they are not able to do their jobs without Brutalizing someone, the new Reforms target abusive officers, so if they cannot do their jobs without having to Brutalize someone, then they resign…which clearly shows that the reason of becoming a NYPD Officer is to physically assault soneone..
