Officer Risel Martinez is now patrolling the streets of Brooklyn (East New York) 73Pct. after he physically assaulted 2 people on camera back in May, 2016 in Harlem…..He was placed in the Ballistics Unit while he was under investigation and then they quietly transffered him from the Ballistics Unit to Brooklyn to the 73Pct where he can continue to harass and abuse the community…CPU Investigation Unit has been tracking Risel Martinez since 2016…We are looking into how this Officer was able to be fully restored back to full Duty and we are sending a team out to Brooklyn to track the whereabouts of this Officer…….
Back in May. 2016. Officer Risel Martinez from the 32Pct Beat down 2 individuals from Harlem, 1 he placed in a leg Chokehold and the other he snuffed in the face on the way out for recording…CPU Investigated the matter and uncovered some disturbing videos of this officers off-duty activities which calls into question his mental state, and also calls into question the NYPD’s Physiological Exam given at the Police Academy…This Officer should have not passed the exam. This is a very dangerous officer……
