This Anti-Crime Officer needs to be Drug tested by the Department for possible Steroid or Cocaine Abuse…This officer is seen here acting erratic and his behavior suggests that the officer could be on some type of stimulant…Officers on his own team seem to realize that the officer is acting erratic also….Officer also decides to arrest an innocent civilian for just merely filming them and he arrested another innocent man for having a speaker that wasnt even playing music or anything which is wrong and in violation…..ALSO..OFFICER FAILS TO PROVIDE CITIZENS WITH NAME, BADGE # AND COMMAND WHEN REQUESTED FROM HIM WHICH IS A DEPARTMENTAL VIOLATION (NYPD PATROL GUIDE VIOLATION)
