9. It's always the people who can't pay that spend the time behind bars!!! If you can't afford the bail you're stuck behind bars unable to work to pay for the bail, really sucks for them!!! I sure would like her probation officer to spend the seven months behind bars and see exactly what people have to experience!!

10. All you had to say was broward county. Where election officials can throw away ballots during a law suit and just get a reprimand but drive without your license and get caught then can’t check in on probation and you do 7 months in jail. 🤦‍♀️ jfca.

21. If police were not so incentivized to make arrest, if prosecutors were not so incentivized to prosecute and if prisons and jails were not so incentivized to keep a high population maybe we would not have these bs problems. Non violent crimes should almost never land someone in prison.

22. I did three months because i couldn't afford the $50 monthly payment because no one will hire someone on probation for. For driving with a suspended licence. My licence was suspended because of a returned payment for augo insurance. All this when i was 20 years old in one of the worst financial crisis to ever hit the US. 2008.

23. Can anyone show me any statute, code, or regulation that says that you have to register your private vehicle to the state or to have a driver's license if you are not operating in Commerce. James you use to be a Leo do you know of any. My research says that WE THE PEOPLE have a right not a privilege to travel the United States of America ( not the UNITED STATES spelled in all capital letters) unimpeded and unmolested by the police. As a matter of fact if a police officer stops you from traveling in your personal vehicle for a traffic code and you have not contracted with the state ( ie drivers license) they are interfering with Commerce.

27. The sad thing is this woman has no chance of ever turning her life around. Her life is an open book, what any potential employer will see is jail time, no drivers license etc. nobody is going to give her a job. Now think of all the crimes committed by blue line thugs. Their crimes are largely excused or the punishment is they are allowed to quit so they can work in the next county. Their records are comply sealed so even if they have convictions, nobody knows. There is a huge gap between how they treat the peasants and their inner circle.

34. This is one of the reasons the jails are full. The county gets money for every person they incarcerate.

36. I think you got caught up in a tornado of “Who Shot John” from that lady. If you post videos that lack credibility, your credibility goes down. Stop and think about what offenses cause a driver license to be suspended and then work to the present day. You only got a VERY small part of the story, I am positive.

38. This is so sad but infuriating as well.
    You would think that the judge or whoever put this woman in jail would have some empathy and compassion.
    Judges and members of law enforcement have discretion. They can adjust sentences, etc.
    An example of this is when a police officer murders a citizen, they usually get probation.
    Unfortunately, citizens are treated worse than ever, in this day and age.
    This woman had an operation that was probably life threatening.
    Wouldn’t you think that some compassion and common sense would prevail?
    I’m sure that the police and the judge are white racists with an axe to grind.
    The justice system in the USA is so perverted.
    That white woman cop that murdered a black young man got 24 months of probation.
    That was murder, not missing a check in!
    That type of justice is both shameful and disgusting!

40. Broward County is the most corrupt system I have ever seen, from the judge's , all the way down to the towing companies . They implement programs for non violent people , and make them pay for every penny of it , yet they receive moneys from the Federal Government . It's a wonder how the courthouse is covered with marble, and granite , and waterfalls , and lavish fixtures . We should do public records requests on that. Broward County , come on vacation , leave on probation , come in frustration , on a violation . SICKENING ! !

41. Florida is the worst!
    I was on probation. After a falling out with a contractor, he called the police and lied about a tool i bought from him saying i stole it. The charges were dropped since i had proof but they still violated my probation and had to serve 3 years in prison. It was a nightmare

    I wateched McLynas lose his primary cause the women's league of voters who are like a relatively small amount of voters.
    Something like 10% of the total population of these towns decide who the sheriff is. My numbers might be off, but this is why we live in a prison state.
