THIS WHOLE STOP WAS WRONG AND AGAINST NYPD PROCEDURE….., CPU was just driving through & noticed that Anti-Crime Officers had some guy pinned up against the wall, we jumped out and starting recording the interaction…as you notice the guy was calm & cooperative, so his background check came back clean, so they just handcuffed him and said he was mentally erratic & needed to go to the hospital, it is procedure for officers to call EMS to transport EDP’s to be evaluated at the Hospital…This whole stop is wrong, they basically lied and kidnapped this homeless man for nothing…WATCH CLOSLEY…#nypdanticrime #copwatch #copwatchers #copwatchpatrolunit #nypd
