BACKGROUND: This incident unfolded on March 6, 2021, when NYPD Officers came up on a car double parked at the hydrant while he was sitting in the car, they told the guy that he had to move, which he was given a warning, so he immediately drove away thereafter, the NYPD whizzed behind him and pulled him over almost immediately and told him to get out of the car so they can search it, then the brother began to exercise his Right to tell these officers that they do not have the Right to search the car, and that the car was legally his….The officers did not like the fact that he was exercising his Rights, so they immediately grabbed him, brutalized him & arrested him for nothing basically…..
