CPU received a disturbing video from concerned citizens from the Bronx showing officers from the 52Pct assaulting a few people in front of their building on April 13, 2019 at approx 8:35pm over producing I.D. …it is not a crime to hang out in front of your building, let alone, their were no probable cause for these officers to even stop and question these guys, however, the video clearly shows that the officers instigated the whole issue
