Copwatch Patrol Unit (CPU) has the only record of this traffic stop.
This is what Anti Crime does every night. These stop are never called in to dispatch, so they are never put into the system. Police supposed to call all traffic stop in so that they could get an ICAD number and the traffic stop could be put into the system. Police don’t want these kind of stop documented because the stop was done illegally and unconstitutionally.
According to the accuppants of the vehicle, police told them that they was being stop for, “Suspicion four guys in the car”.
They really got stop because they where four Black guys in a car.
