2 weeks ago, Police Commissioner Bill Bratton issued a statement saying that his Department will no longer Criminalize people for Drinking in public..SEE ARTICLE… http://reason.com/blog/2016/03/04/nypd-arrests-drinking-stop-and-frisk I guess this new mandate doesn’t apply to people of color…and look at the Mass response to this shit, it’s ridiculous and racist…The 46Pct is the most corrupt police station in the Bronx….
