Its bad enough when a Person Of Color gets in a cab in the Bronx, then shortly thereafter, the NYPD Anti-Crime Unit pulls your cab over and violates you by conducting an illegal search of your person….NOW!! They are pulling the Cab driver out also and searching him or her which is unconstitutional and wrong PERIOD!!!…Stop & Frisk never left, the NYPD was directed to keep this practice under the blanket, Out of the eyes of the public…and a lot of these violations happen late at night while a lot of people are sleeping and not seeing what’s really going on…CPU has the only recording of this Stop..This Stop was not called in to the dispatcher to document the Stop..and as you can see in the video that the Driver and it’s occupants were let go WITHOUT SUMMONS OR ARREST to justify the Stop.
