Stop and Frisk has never ended, just carefully planned by Officers who pick locations and times where they think they can violate the Rights of Citizens without being recorded…..I’m a renegade and I’m always out and about catching these fools when they least expect it…..Sgt. Williams from PSA5 is a House nigger with a badge who loves to violate people’s rights…he’s not in this video, but I actually wanted to point that out…he’s a coward who hides behind the Mic in his RMP and doesn’t have the balls to chase down real criminals…Like I said, he was bullied when he was a kid, and becoming a police officer compensates for his cowardness and the fact that he is just a bully that needs an good smack in the face…..
