The NYPD Are Cooking The Books on Statistics by not documenting all Stops…..They say “Stop and Frisk” has declined dramatically and that’s because they are not Calling in the Stop through Dispatch, however, the only proof that these stops are not being documented are our video’s that we put up, so we encourage everyone to document these stops….As you can see that no summonses were written and their Fishing Expedition came up empty like they always do……
