It’s a shame that the NYPD are targeting the homeless for just eating peacefully on a bench in the Bronx..As you can see that the man was just eating his food peacefully while surrounded by the police, once he got up, he was attacked and thrown to the floor…This is a tactic the NYPD uses to justify force..they waited till he stood up before they ALL POUNCED ON HIM…Let alone that they were notified through dispatch that he was a non-violent EDP….
