These kids had to get on the sidewalk with their bikes in order to go in this City Park and officers found that perfect opportunity to run up on these kids…These officers actually locked the entrances of the Park and surrounded it like if they just committed a Felony Act….By the officers admission that they got on the sidewalk then entered the Park, actually what these kids Did is what every New Yorker does right before they enter into a park…”Broken Windows Policing” is set up just for this exact method of targeting young black youths for nothing, this policy is not enforced no where else other than the black & Brown communities, these kids were doing nothing other than out trying to enjoy the day and now they have been marked by the #NYPD
