Per the NYPD updated rule 203-06 States that a CELLPHONE can be used for Department business, but not for personal business and I think playing FANTASY football while on active duty is a grave concern, for the people he is hired to protect, and for the Officer’s safety as well…It is against the Patrol Guide & this Officer is required to answer for that through CCRB.
