  2. Has anyone challenged these stops in court. It can't be legal for police to just draw down on people like this. Surely ANY reasonable person would feel like they were under arrest and that SHOULD constitute an arrest no? That would make these stopa illegal unless I'm mistaken about that law?

  36. In the State of Florida… Going to from or during Hunting, camping or fishing. It is permissible to open carry. As Soloyakker kept saying… He is just doing what is legal under Florida law. Then he drops the magazine. Make them pay for the personal & property damage.

  40. Seems to me when there is a deprevation of rights by any enemy foreign or domestic the military would step in and deal with it. Hmm. These cops are breaking their oaths to uphold the constitution they swore to protect and their citizens, that would make them enemies of the people thus an enemy combatant.
