On 08-28-22 at 125th Street in Harlem,, A 28Pct NYPD Officer Yman E Bannister, Shield# 25858 began to shove and assault a black man for exercising his 1st Amendment Rights.
The 1st Amendment DOES NOT protect you from hurt feelings, and the NYPD trains its officers to maintain professionalism at all times, especially in this type of situation…However, this officer decided to punch this man twice and drag him around because of hurt feelings, in which this man was injured by this officer.
