These Uniformed Officers pulled over a car and searched the vehicle without owners consent for no other reason other than the fact that a Black Person being in a nice expensive car in Harlem…As you can see that no summonses were written and no arrest has been made…why would you just pull over a car, search it without probable cause and leave without issuing a summons? Because he was profiled and pulled over for being Black PLAIN & SIMPLE
