25Pct Public Safety Officers were watching a couple get into a small argument while walking down the block…..2 NST vehicles began driving slowly, watching them, then they snuck up on them and jumped out to search them & their property….the woman said that she was just having a disagreement with her boyfriend until they snuck up on them and began their illegal Stop & Frisk, which has been deemed unconstitutional, but however, the NYPD still conducts these unconstitutional stops on people of color.
