Yesterday things got really chaotic in East Harlem on 123 Street, Lexington Avenue…Officers cornered an alleged suspect in the Shooting/Stabbing of a person at the Jefferson Housing Project , this information was relayed to me by the Sgt in 3:11 in the video, however, CPU believes that this is a bogus claim to cloud the real issue at hand to fool the public into believing that this person is a monster and to justify their abuse …In 2:46 in the video you can see & hear the Sgt calling out for me so desperately as soon as he arrived to the science to explain his officers actions, Respect that I have earned through the 3 years I’ve been in this area…..This guy was upset, but not enough to be wrapped up like some mummy…When ESU arrived the guy was very calm and cooperative and didn’t need to be wrapped up and contained as you can see in this Video…This type of method is INHUMANE AND DANGEROUS..the NYPD are not trained to determine if a person is healthy enough to be contained in that matter, and anyone with a medical ailment can easily suffocate and die from this restraint….The Community came together and started to also document this incident…The only way this Community protects each other is to document each others actions with the New York City Police Department.
