This guy was at his Dental Appointment, got agitated about being re-scheduled and police was called….Police labeled this man as an EDP and had him picked up by EMS, in which he was released 30 minutes later and back at the Dental Office…. but that’s before the police abused him and smothered him with his own hoodie…The man committed NO CRIME & The Police Justified their assault by labeling him an EDP…The NYPD Calls this “Catch & Release”
