The NYPD are not trained as first responders when it comes down with the Mentally ill….Mentally Ill people are very delicate and should be treated with a different approach, The NYPD’s approach on the matter is to restrain & detain, which would aggravate the situation more, like in this video, through the officers own admission, he said, “look at the way he was acting” when I asked him why did he assault him like that………that is why the NYPD are not trained, they just only inflame the situation….
