Would you believe that this L.T. abused his authority and personnel to harass the Homeless on 123 Street where they live at near a Shelter for the Mentally ill….This L.T. abused his authority by calling in up to 20 Officers to this location, when it fact drains the resources from other areas where it is left open for more severe crimes to occur…also, this constant harassment on the Homeless is discriminatory and needs to stop…The majority of the Homeless in this area suffer from mental illness and that’s the motivation the NYPD needs to harass them, knowing that they cannot defend themselves…BUNCH OF COWARDS!!!
