Everytime CPU sees an officer on foot Patrol, they have thier personal devices glued to thier faces…In this Video, you can see these officers on their personal devices, being distracted by social media, which can be very dangerous to any law enforcement officer on the street…Thats why it’s a Patrol Guide Violation to be on your personal device while on Active duty, unless it’s a departmental device which clearly shows it isn’t……How can we depend on a officer to protect the community with their attention to Social Media? The people are being robbed and these officers need to put these devices away and pay full attention to the people in the community and also these officers need to pay attention to their own safety…Having your head down on your personal device drops your guard and makes any officer vulnerable to any attack……
