Since last year, the NYPD Decriminalized the consumption of beer in public, however, these over zealous officers jumped out of thier car and harassed a man for having a beer, Ironically, these officers were also in violation when they parked up on the curb and blocked handicap / Crosswalk with thier vehicle for this minor violation stop…I decided to intervene and point out that these officers needed to write themselves a summons for violating traffic laws
