This crazy. The cops have the guys sitting on the damn dirty ass street curb, like its a seat. I bet they would not say next to you while your down on the dirty ground. But they get up and defend the cops. People don't realize what mental abuse is and how it is used.
I think it's possible these two were informants. The cops might've been getting Intel from them but cuffed them as a cover. That might explain why the detainees were defending the cops and were against recording the interaction.
