Yesterday at #JeffersonProjects…Uniformed Sgt. and Officer from the 23Pct jumped out of their marked NYPD Van and Stopped, Searched and harassed a man who was waiting at the “Selective Bus Service” (SBS) for a bus….What they did was Unconstitutional and against the Revised Policy on Stop & Frisk..They did not have probable cause to stop this individual, nor did they ask for Consent to go into his pockets…People, you have a Right to be free from unwarranted searches which is protected by the 4th Amendment of the Constitution..Exercise them and don’t let these quota thirsty Officers get their way….STAND UP AGAINST ILLEGAL STOPS IN OUR PROJECTS!!! CPU are the only Copwatch group who has VIDEO proof that Stop and Frisk continues to be implemented on People of Color in our Community, despite vast changes and Reform of the Stop & Frisk Policy…..I AM ALWAYS WATCHING FELLAS..DON’T SHIT IN MY BACKYARD.
