Just looking EDP (Emotionally Disturbed Person) can get you targeted, Detained, Searched & Kidnapped Off the street by the #NYPD and into a hospital, where they will just be released 10 minutes later and back into the street where they will be targeted again…..
The NYPD are out snatching up all EDP’s and sending them to the hospital, while doing that, they are collecting collars through unlawful searches that they unlawfully conduct while stopping EDP’s…This is one way these officers are building up Thier collars because they know that the chances of finding some sort of contraband that can get them charged his highly, and the ones that are clean wind up being taken to the hospital and released just 10 min later like this guy in this video that was targeted for talking to himself, but because he came up clean in the search, this brother was just taken to the hospital. CPU is creating a unit that specifically looks for this type of targeting, we have noticed an uptake of Officers targeting EDP’s and we are going to put all our resources into documenting this injustice and filing complaints against ALL OFFICERS who unlawfully target EDP’s in New York City.
