Officers continue to target hard working people by issuing summonses to people who are out there doing their jobs…While this UPS guy is unloading boxes to effectively do his job, you have the NYPD harassing him by unlawfully issuing him a summons which is ridiculous, as you can see that the van that was double parked in front of him did not receive any summons and the van was just parked there doing nothing, however, a man legally doing his job gets harassed and summoned…..ALSO!! In 1:16 in the video you will hear the female officer make a statement to me saying “WATCH OUT FOR BLACK PEOPLE”….Kind of ironic, that the officer that made that statement was Black herself…..
