CPU has been noticing that Officers are abusing tax Payers dollars when they start shopping and conducting personal matters while on Active Duty, personal matters that should be done while on Meal Break, or before & after their tours….However, these videos were recorded within 2 hours on that same day, officers spend most of their time in stores, colleges, and NYPD Booths when they are not on a Call.
