#CopwatchPatrolUnitCPU – Yesterday I have been behind this Unmarked #NYPD vehicle out of the 23Pct in #EastHarlem for about an hour, watching them stop & go when they see kids walking in groups from school, basically Hunting for a Collar…In the beginning this vehicle had put both Pedestrians and Motorists in danger when they decided to go in reverse (Non-Emergency) for a whole block on a busy Avenue just to cut corners…then like I predicted, I caught up with them as soon as they went around the Corner and caught them jumping out on 2 Hispanic males just walking up the block with his bike in hand..then they illegally conducted a Deep Search on both of them, violating the “Pat Down” Policy on Stops….They didn’t even conduct a Warrant check to justify the search, nor did they give consent & both were arrested for possession of narcotics, evidence that was illegally obtained through a false and unconstitutional search…..STOP VIOLATING PEOPLES 4th AMENDMENT RIGHTS….PEOPLE ARE NOT SCRATCH-OFF TICKETS HOPING TO GET A WINNER!!!
