The NYPD are ignoring or getting to calls late purposely in protest to the new Reforms & also the arrest of Late Officer David I. Afanador, the officer who ckoked out a black brother in Rocaway Beach in Queens… Also what these officers are doing here are totally against the NYPD Patrol Guide…to be honest, I would rather see them this way, leaving people the hell alone, but we write them up for these violations, that is what Copwatch is all about, recording them & filing complaints on them which can either get them suspended & possibly canned, or other disciplinary actions….#copwatch #copwatcher #copwatchpatrolunit #nypd
