Everyday, cars are being stopped by the Anti-Crime Units at both 23 & 25Pct’s in Harlem….But because CPU was at the scene filming, these Officers decided not to be seen violating this motorists Rights, however, there were NO PROPABLE CAUSE to stop the vehicle in the beginning, These stops are for the sole reason to Illegally Search and conduct warrant checks in the hopes of finding a collar out of each and every stop they do on the backs of minorities, which in fact that these undocumented NYPD stops only happen in minority communities such as East Harlem…….
