A 11 year old kid gets robbed for his earphones in Harlem and calls 911, because the dispatch hears that a kid is calling in, she automatically dispatches the call as a “Crank Call”, easily targeting this kid by the Responding Officers who think that they are responding to a fake call, but because CPU was there, this kid was escorted safely to the responding officers without incident….WHAT WOULD OF HAPPENED IF CPU WAS NOT THERE TO INTERVENE??
