Plainclothes Officers in East Harlem continue to Stop and Frisk people of color with impunity…..These Officers continue to violate the people’s 4th Amendment Rights without Accountability..The NYPD continue to violate our Rights everyday, especially these officers that continue to fish in an empty pond, never arresting anyone as seen in this video, I have many video’s of these same officers coming out empty in these searches…..
